Ciri-ciri utama Arnab Pedaging :

- Nisbah Daging berbanding tulang adalah tinggi ( bone to meat ratio )

- Mencapai berat ideal ( 2 kg )dalam tempoh yang singkat ( 70 hari )

- Cepat matang...boleh di kahwinkan pada umur muda ( 4 bulan )

- Mencapai berat purata 4 kg pada umur < 12 bulan

- Kadar kelahiran konsistan dan survival anak2 sehingga matang adalah 100%

- Kekerapan beranak sehingga 10 kali setahun

- Pandai menjaga dan menyusukan anak

CARA MEMBUAT BURGER ARNAB

Memandangkan begitu sukar sekali mendapatkan daging burger arnab di pasaran, maka aku buat keputusan utk hasilkan sendiri Burger Arnab yg hebat ini...cheewahhhh

Bahan2nye.. :

A
600 gm daging arnab
2 bijik bawang besar ( nak cincang boleh nak kisar sekali dgn daging pon boleh)
10 ulas bawang putih
(bahan2 ni kene blend dgn food processor....jgn guna blender biasa plak...jahanam blender tu nnt)

B
2 bijik telor ayam ( telor ayam tao..jgn guna telor lain plak)
2 sudu besar serbuk cili
1 sudu besar serbuk lada hitam
5 btg daun saleri di cincang
1 cawan breadcrumbs
1 sudu serbuk ketumbar
1 sudu jintan putih
1 sudu lada sulah

Kekdah nak buat :

Pecahkan telor dlm satu besen/mangkuk
Masukkan Bahan A & B dan gaul sehingga sebati
Kepal2 sebijik2 mcm nak buat roti tu..bia sama beratnye
Gunakan cetak apa2 bentuk pon boleh dan penyek2kan dgg tersebut dlm pencetak tu sehingga memenuhi setiap inci dan sudut
Selepas cetak, letak atas plastik dan susun dlm dulang
Simpan semalaman di dlm peti sejuk bg mengelakkan ia pecah bila di bakar nnt

Pas dah jadik mcm nie..boleh la bakar mc biasa buat burger tu....Sekian

Here comes the story....

There was this robbery in Guangzhou , the robber shouted to everyone: "All don't move, money belongs to the state, life belongs to you".

Everyone in the bank laid down quietly.
